The Space Station Has A Virtual Tour. You Should, Too

With all of the movies about space that have come out recently—or are on their way to a screen near you—it’s easy to say our fascination with space is a trending topic. While we might not all be able to take part in Space X or Blue Origin, now we can take a virtual reality tour of the International Space Station.

As we all know, virtual tours of indoor spaces allow viewers to explore a location almost as easily as visiting in person. The new Mission: ISS, available on Oculus Rift, was created with the help of NASA, the European Space Agency, and the Canadian Space Agency, adding to the realism of the experience. The virtual reality experience lands the user on the space station and gives them the opportunity to see what astronauts on the International Space Station experience as they live and work in space. As the video above says, you’ll never look at Earth the same way again.

Similar to Mission: ISS, a Google virtual tour can give users a chance to see your business before coming in person. A company’s space can reveal a lot about the company itself, including the culture and the people. Prove you’re the perfect fit for potential clients by showing them what it’s like to work for—and with—your business by adding a Google virtual tour to your marketing materials.
